At the town hall of Ryuo, located in the Koto region of Shiga Prefecture, there was a reality of handling a wide variety of tasks with a limited number of staff. In response, the Future Creation Division took the lead in aiming for efficiency in operations through RPA, and Japan Software Development provided comprehensive support from the introduction of 'WinActor' to robot development and operational assistance. As a result, compared to the work hours solely performed by staff, an annual reduction of approximately 126 hours was achieved. Additionally, during sudden changes in regulations from the government, the need for new system implementation was eliminated, which also contributed to cost reduction.
